I'm using the Techkey Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter The interesting thing is that if I disable Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth (from my motherboard) the Generic Bluetooth Adapter's error goes away but then the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth gets the error instead. ![]() Troubleshoot just uninstalls and reinstalls the device in my device manager (labeled as Generic Bluetooth Adapter, I think it use to be labeled as something else) with no success either. I've uninstalled every update I've done yesterday, still, no success then updated all Bluetooth/audio drivers on my computer (as well as my chipset, bios, gpu etc.) still with no success. ![]() Yesterday I downloaded the latest windows update as well as some security updates, afterward my Bluetooth adapter labeled as "Bluetooth Radio" in my Bluetooth and other devices settings states it has a "driver error" code 31 (This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.)
